Simply Pools — A Brief History & Strategic Acquisition by Mardon Construction Corp
Simply Pools was founded over 30 years ago in the Greater Toronto Area by Joe Di Cintio and Vince Camastra. What began as a backyard project for Joe’s family — born out of his frustration with the quality of pool companies at the time — quickly grew into a thriving local business focused on designing and installing high-quality in-ground and above-ground pools for homeowners across Southern Ontario. Joe and Vince built a reputation on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and personalized service, eventually completing hundreds of pool installations and expanding into landscaping and full backyard transformations.
Over the years, Simply Pools became known for its custom fiberglass and vinyl pool installations and a client-centric approach that emphasized creating backyard spaces that families could enjoy for years.
Prior to the acquisition, Mardon and Simply Pools had a history of working together on numerous residential projects — with Mardon providing construction expertise on pool builds and related large scale landscape work — forging a strong operational and cultural fit. This longstanding collaboration made the transition from partner to parent company a natural evolution, as both teams shared a commitment to quality workmanship and client satisfaction.

I have nothing to say but great things about Simply pools in Milton. All the guys from the excavators, to Joe and his guys, to Chris and his guys were all professional, hardworking and could always spare a minute to answer any questions.
