"We had been considering purchasing a pool for a few years. After much research, we decided on fibreglass and reached out to a few companies for quotes. We were really impressed with Vince’s willingness to take the time to walk through the process with us, and provide advice on locations and options. He even made arrangements for us to visit both the manufacturer’s yard to view various pools as well as site visit to previous customers to view the pool after installation. A pool is a significant investment, and Vince made us feel much more comfortable with our decision. From start to finish, the process took about two weeks and Vince, Joe and the rest of the Simply Pools team were friendly and diligent, and stayed on schedule and in budget. They were even able to coordinate the landscaping work with Prestige Stoneworks for the installation of a patio. "We’d been wanting to put a pool in the backyard for a long time and we talked with a number of pool companies. Vince was the most prepared, the most professional, and sold us on the benefits of a fiberglass pool. When we finally sat down to work out the details, he guided us on the make and model of the pool, and actually convinced us to go with a slightly smaller pool than we were thinking – that’s an uncommon gesture and really sold us on Simply Pools. We got the installation done early in the year and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Everything was on time, the crew was very friendly, and Joe and Vince answered any questions we had throughout. Even the mess was kept to a minimum! Vince also put us in touch with a landscaper to help finish the yard, and that also worked out great. Vince actually stopped by later in the summer to see how the finished yard looked, which was a really nice touch.
